Theo Williams was born September 28, 1956.

 He attended Monroe Comprehensive High School in Albany, Georgia, and went on to work alongside his father in construction — a craft he loved and took deep pride in. Music moved him, the dance floor knew him well, and his laughter arrived before he did. He greeted everyone the same way: fully, warmly, and with that big unforgettable smile. 

Theo loved people as a calling. He raised Michael Daniels, Alma Walker, Williams, and Derrick Daniels a fatherhood chosen with everything he had. He was an amazing son, brother, uncle, and father figure whose love will echo in every life he shaped.

 He is reunited with his father, David Williams Sr.; his mother, Willie H. Williams; his brother, Laurie King Williams; his nephews, Ishmael T. Williams and Derrick Williams Jr.; and his great nephew, Jawaski Lumpkin Jr. 

Theo departed this life on April 11, 2026 and leaves behind his siblings and their families: Rosetta Cheeks; David Williams Jr. (Anne); Dianne Williams; Elijah Williams; Willie E. Williams (Geri); TruRosa M. Williams; Chekietha Tyson (Alfonzo); Sarah Henderson (Charles); Derrick E. Williams Sr.; and Alan W. Williams, along with a multitude of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
